§ 17.16.090. Penalty for violation.

Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this Title is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1.04 of this code. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist constitutes a separate offense.
