§ 17.16.110. Saving clause.

Latest version.

The repeal of the ordinances or parts thereof by this Title shall not affect suits pending or rights existing on the effective date of the ordinance codified in this Title, nor shall this Title impair, void or affect any right acquired or cause of action now existing under any such repealed ordinance or amendment thereto, nor shall this Title affect or impair the validity of any bond or other obligation issued prior to the effective date of the ordinance codified in this Title.
